Initiated as a brain child of Ina Arora, assisted by Pooja Kapur, Endeavour Mumbai is a unique initiative based on the simple model of likeminded women contributing a fixed monthly reasonable sum and collectively impacting different causes every month. 

This successful model then also took shape in Gurgaon as a group of women came together to form Endeavour Gurgaon….Endeavour Gurgaon supported causes through a system of “anonymous” voting by members for which cause to support each month

Both Endeavour Mumbai and Endeavour Gurgaon have contributed and helped in the rehabilitation of acid attack victims –along with several other causes
